Practical AI help for small-business owners
Running your own business is hard enough without all the little computer tasks that eat up your day. I’m Chris. I use AI, automation, and practical software to make that work easier—and help keep the solution working after it’s set up.
You don’t need to know what’s possible.
That’s my job.
That thing you keep putting off
Maybe it’s copying information, sorting photos, reviewing footage, replying to the same questions, or catching up on paperwork after everyone else has gone home. You’ve probably gotten used to it. But it may not have to take so much time.
You don’t have to show up with a technical plan. Tell me what’s frustrating you. I’ll help figure out whether there’s a smarter way—and whether fixing it is actually worth it.
What I help with
Every business is different. Here are a few ways AI or automation could help. These are possibilities, not customer case studies or guaranteed outcomes.

Contractors & trades
Make it easier to draft estimates from job notes, organize inquiries, and follow up with customers. You stay in control of what gets sent.
Shops & solo business owners
Connect the tools you already use, organize incoming requests, and reduce repetitive entry when the systems allow it.
Video creators
Use AI assistance to sort, search, or flag moments that deserve your attention. You still decide what makes the final cut.
Something else driving you crazy? Tell me about it.
Real problems. Real solutions.
01 / The yearbook inbox
Hundreds of school photos arriving by email. Random filenames. Vague descriptions. Someone has to figure out what belongs where.
We built an automation that reads the emails, uses AI to identify the event and year, organizes the photos in Google Drive, and confirms receipt.
No manual sorting. No inbox archaeology. Just done.

How it works
We talk about the computer-based work that takes too much time. No technical vocabulary required.
I look at the options, including tools that already exist. If the cost or complexity outweighs the benefit, I’ll tell you.
I help set it up, test the important details, and show you how to use it. Some tasks can run automatically; others work best with you reviewing the results.
I don’t want to hand you something complicated and disappear. Support is part of how I work. We’ll agree up front on what’s covered, how to get help, and what ongoing care makes sense.
Why Lloomiq
AI is getting easier to use. That’s a good thing. But making a tool work for your actual business still means choosing the right approach, checking the results, handling the odd situations, and knowing what to do when something changes.
My job isn’t just to press a button and walk away. It’s to help make sure the solution is useful on a normal Tuesday, not just impressive in a demo.
Sometimes the best answer is software you already have.
I test the practical details: errors, permissions, exceptions, and when you need to review the results.
Support is planned into the work, with clear expectations from the start.
The person behind lloomiq ↗Meet Chris
I’ve spent more than 20 years building software and solving problems with technology. I started Lloomiq to bring that experience directly to people running their own businesses.
You shouldn’t need a technology department to find a better way to handle the work you dread. You’ll work directly with me to figure out what matters, build or set up something practical, and get the support you need to use it.
No corporate sales pitch. No technology for technology’s sake. Just useful work that makes your day easier.
A few questions
Not at all. Tell me what you’re trying to get done and what’s taking too much time. I’ll help work out whether AI, automation, or a simpler existing tool makes sense.
You might be able to. I’ll say so when a simple off-the-shelf option is enough. If you’d rather have help choosing, setting up, checking, and supporting it, that’s where I come in.
Not necessarily—and it shouldn’t. Some tasks can happen automatically. Others are better when AI does the tedious first pass and you make the important decisions. We’ll choose the right level of automation together.
Yes. Support is part of the way I work, not an afterthought. Before we begin, we’ll agree on what support is included, how to reach me, and whether ongoing maintenance is appropriate for your project. Scope, duration, response expectations, and any ongoing fees are agreed for each engagement.
No. Lloomiq isn’t a computer repair or general IT support service. I help with the work you do using your computer, not repairing the computer itself.
I focus on computer-based tasks and practical uses of AI and software. Not every frustrating job can—or should—be automated. I’ll tell you if a request is outside what I do or unlikely to be worthwhile.
Let’s talk
Tell me about your business and the task you keep wishing were easier. You don’t need to know what software or AI could fix it. That’s what we’ll figure out together.
A conversation is a good place to start.
